SleepMonsters.com
SleepMonsters started in 2002 as a news platform to cover all-things-adventure-racing. In these early years, Adventure Racing was in a growth phase after a number of years of coverage from the reality-style series of the adventure race Eco-Challenge. The shows were broadcast on major tv channels, reaching a wide audience. More than two decades later, SleepMonsters still covers all-things-adventure-racing, as well as other related events.
The face of SleepMonsters is editor Rob Howard, who is a walking encyclopedia for people, places and events throughout the years. Richard Brown runs the backend of the website.
As media has evolved, so too has SleepMonsters. In addition to their website, you’ll also find them on social media platforms. They also still distribute a regular newsletter by email, giving you snippets of the latest adventure racing and related-event news.
